Job Description:

Immediate need for Accounts Payable Supervisor with strong working knowledge of Oracle and Excel.

The ideal candidate will have (recent) 3 years? experience in supervising large team (5 clerks) and minimum 5 years? experience in high volume accounts payable.

In this role, you?ll be responsible for the following:

Assigns and directs workflow of staff

Troubleshoots issues and recommends solutions

Leads automation enhancements

Arranges and leads team meetings

Processing and Disbursements:

Provide accurate and timely processing and disbursement of vendor obligations

Ensures all disbursements (checks, wires, ACH, etc.) are correctly managed in ERP system

Provides guidance relating to processes, procedures, projects and self-improvement

Ensures all deadlines are met

Other Related Duties:

Assists in all aspects of current AP projects

Provides assistance to AP Manager on annual 1099 filing

Performs periodic audits of our vendor data base

Performs periodic audits of our vendor data bas
