Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Finance to lead and enhance
its financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee month-end close processes and ensure accurate financial
reporting
Lead annual audits and maintain compliance with tax
requirements
Drive budgeting and forecasting efforts while managing cash flow
and risk
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in
investment banking or marketplace-driven businesses
Proven experience in managing financial reporting, audits,
budgeting, and forecasting
Proficiency with financial software and advanced financial modeling
capabilities
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced startup
environment
Knowledge of the sports/trading card industry is a plus
