Job Description:
A company is looking for a Team Lead, RCM Medical Billing to
manage day-to-day billing processes for assigned clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, coach, and evaluate team members to foster a productive
environment
Address client issues and ensure effective communication
Monitor performance indicators and execute KPI improvement
plans
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
At least 2 years of customer service experience
At least 2 years of medical billing, cash posting, and charge entry
experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and
Outlook
Working knowledge of the behavioral and/or post-acute healthcare
industry
