Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual salary range $100,000 - $120,000

      Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. The IT Systems Analyst will maintain and improve the technical systems to ensure all employees have the technology they need to complete their work. The IT Systems Analyst keeps the organization's files and information safe and secure. This role will assist with design, development, training, implementation, documentation, and ongoing maintenance of our ERP system.
      Reporting Relationships:The Sr IT Systems Analyst will report to the CFO
      Duties and Responsibilities:
      • IT:
        • Manage server administration tasks, including backups and error monitoring.
        • Administer and support Power Platform applications.
        • ERP Support Team:
          • Collaborate on system administration and user maintenance.
          • Provide training and support for ERP processes and systems.
          • Administer SQL databases and ensure their optimal performance.
          • Project Management:
            • Manage Statements of Work (SOW) processes.
            • Facilitate communication with consultants and stakeholders.
            • Analyst/Developer:
              • Develop and integrate APIs with Syteline.
              • Create and maintain Power Platform solutions (BI, Automate, Apps, etc.).
              • Perform SQL development and Infor development tasks.Qualifications:
                • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
                • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support and management.
                • Infor Syteline preferred
                • Microsoft Teams / Power Platform / Power BI required
                • Linux preferred
                • Python / Scripting required
                • SQL required
                • Defense Background a plus
                • Extensive experience with ERP implementations and process documentation.
                • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
                • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
                • Proactive in continuous learning and embracing new technologies, including AI, to enhance efficiency and drive innovation.
