Space Systems team is made up of engineers, technicians, and

ENGINEER I - TS/SCI CLEARANCEBased on site at Rocket Lab's global
headquarters in Long Beach, California the Senior Spacecraft
Operations Engineer I is responsible for the operations development
and on-orbit operations of Rocket Lab's Photon satellites. In the
Senior role, you will play a variety of roles including development
of Concepts of Operations for new missions, build and test flight
scripts on test assets, and execute on-orbit operations on console
in Rocket Lab Mission Control Center. You will support the
Spacecraft Operations Manager and provide guidance and mentorship
to the Spacecraft Operations team who are responsible for
maintaining the health and safety of Rocket Lab's growing fleet of
spacecraft and ensuring that mission objectives and SLAs are met.
The Spacecraft Operations team also works closely with related
teams, such as the spacecraft design, AIT, GNC, flight software,
etc., to help improve both the ground and satellite-based
