Job Description:

A company is looking for a Strategic Partnership Manager - Real Estate/Lending.
Key Responsibilities

Drive sales through lender and realtor partnership channels
Enhance onboarding and retention strategies for front line agent relationships
Provide customer feedback to the product team for improvements

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years in a Business Development Manager role
Experience in sales through Loan Officers and/or Real Estate Agents
Experience selling through channel partners
Strong personal accountability and integrity
Ability to create process-driven sales tactics
