conceptual and messaging direction for campaigns, brand initiatives
and programs. Drives team-level resourcing, management and
timelines.
- Tier 1&2 Global Brand Campaigns responsibilities CREATIVE
OVERSIGHT
- Conceptualize project vision, brand and/or product story, copy,
and content across channel and integrated marketing needs
- Category expert, who drives a deep understanding of insights to
create cut-through creative
- Develop Creative Briefs, Strategy and Execution based on
collaboration with cross-functional partners (marketing, strategy,
product, R&D)
- Identifies Brand Creative opportunities for consistency within
channel
- Drives concept to execution of brand and product storytelling
opportunities across channel (insight into creative)
- Manages and directs Tier 3 & 4 creative agencies and
contractors
- Aware of brand & campaign performance and can interpret data to
influence creative strategies and executions on all levels
- Responsible for collaborating with cross-functional
teammates
- Define presentation strategy and approaches, styles and
techniques to help deliver buy-in from cross-functional
partners
- Organize and lead cross-functional ideation sessions to help
build the creative brief PLANNING & RESOURCING
- Oversee management of project creative, team coordination, and
ensure delivery of high-quality production
- Define team/project timelines, facilitate progress and ensure
all projects successfully reach their goals
- Key input on project/initiative and resource needs for yearly
planning (AOP)
- Responsible for executing projects on-time and on-budget
- Develops and Drives Creative Initiatives based on Creative
Project Needsskills

- 8+ Years of Agency oversight
- Creative with pulse on latest cultural, design, fashion and
tech trends
- Well-versed in current creative software experience
- 8-10 Years
- Bachelors in English, Communications, Journalism, etc. or
equivalent experience
- Agency OR Client-side Experience
- 3+ Person Team (Managed)
- Background in apparel or fitness preferred must haves

Benefits Package lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in
a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional
individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this
position is from $103,500 - 135,900 annually; the base pay offered
is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related
knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our
total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be
eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to
