Job Description:
A company is looking for a VP of Revenue Operations to lead the
execution of sales team operations and align processes to drive
revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and analyze the sales process, recommending improvements to
increase closure rates and decrease sales cycle time
Manage go-to-market strategies and growth programs to optimize
resource deployment for revenue growth
Serve as the business owner of the customer platform and track
partner and client health processes
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
required; Master's degree preferred
12+ years of related experience, with 10+ years in Strategy and
Revenue Operations roles
10+ years of experience managing and coaching employees
Fluency in Salesforce and other relevant technologies
Demonstrated ability to track core business metrics and drive
decisions based on data
