Job Description:
Thriving manufacturing facility in Claremont, California has a
terrific opportunity for the right individual. This
state-of-the-art facility allows us to provide you with the latest
in integration technology. Established in 1997 we have more than
doubled the in size, and have increased our manufacturing capacity
to185,000 square feet facility. We are seeking a self motivated
energetic Customer Service Representative from the manufacturing
industry with Purchasing experience to join our team today!
Position Responsibilities:
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
Make and answer phone calls
Respond to inquiries by telephone or email
Recent Customer Service Experience in Product/Manufacturing
Industry within last 18 months
General Office duties
PURCHASING DUTIES:
At least 1 year purchasing experience in shipping, packaging and
industrial supplies
Primary contact to suppliers/vendors
Negotiate pricing for all purchase
Maximize relationships with suppliers and prepare purchase
orders
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Strong Negotiation skills
Excellent verbal communications, articulate, listening and
decisive
Ability to multi-task and work as a team
Knowledgeable in Microsoft WORD and EXCEL
Type 30 WPM
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
College Degree
Bilingual English/Spanish
