Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Director of the Eating
Disorder Program.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with leadership to design and implement outpatient and
IOP programs for eating disorders
Monitor team performance on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and
manage a team of care navigators
Manage clinical case escalations and develop operational workflows
to enhance program efficiency
Required Qualifications
Licensed behavioral health practitioner with direct care experience
in eating disorders
Experience with evidence-based treatments for eating disorders,
including CBT-E
Minimum of 3 years of experience managing clinical teams
Experience in clinical program management and design
Knowledge of healthcare systems, including health plans
