Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Sourcing (Purchased Service)
to lead strategic sourcing and contracting operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team to achieve organizational goals and customer
needs
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to optimize non-labor
expenses and enhance customer satisfaction
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and
ensure compliance with regulatory bodies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or related field
Minimum of 4 years of experience in sourcing and contracting,
preferably in healthcare
Knowledge of government regulatory bodies and compliance
requirements in the healthcare industry
Experience with ERP systems and contract lifecycle management
tools
Preferred: Master's degree in supply chain, business, or related
field
