Job Description:
A company is looking for a Basis of Estimate (BOE) Lead Manager
to support the Service Management, Integration, and Transport
contract.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the BOE Lead team through all stages of proposal
development
Drive process development for SMIT BOE execution aligned with
corporate requirements
Provide executive-level reporting and briefings to leadership as
needed
Required Qualifications
BA/BS or equivalent experience with 10+ years of relevant
experience or master's with 8+ years of relevant experience
4+ years of experience supervising or leading teams
2+ years of experience in developing BOEs for DoD customers
Ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance
Experience developing BOEs for Navy customers is preferred
