Job Description:

A company is looking for a Lead Resolution Manager to investigate and resolve complex liability claims.



Key Responsibilities

Conduct detailed analysis to investigate claims exposure and recommend settlement strategies
Create reservation of rights and coverage denial letters, and negotiate settlements
Document and communicate claim activity efficiently and coach lower-level adjusters


Required Qualifications

High school diploma and 7 years of related experience in specialty claims
Ability to handle unique and challenging claims issues at a senior adjuster level
Appropriately licensed or able to obtain necessary licenses/certifications
Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
Computer experience with related claims and business software
