Job Description:
As a Hotel Experience Coordinator, you will create magic by
providing a personalized and seamless experience for the Guests of
the Disneyland - Resort hotels! The Hotel Experience Team assists
Guests with inquiries about future stays and return stay bookings;
selling, building, and setting up in-room celebrations;
registering, setting up, hosting, and striking Resort Guest
Activities; and assisting Resort Hotel Guests with in-house
requests.Basic Qualifications :
Our Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and some
shifts may start as early as 5:00am while some may end as late as
3:00am, 4:00am or 5:00am. Scheduling will require availability to
work weekends, holidays, and have a flexible schedule when business
requires
