Technology Support Specialist

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Technology Support Specialist to provide technical support to patients and internal staff.



Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first line of support for hardware, software, and network-related inquiries
Provide technical support via phone, email, or remote assistance and maintain a log of user-reported issues
Assist with system updates, user training, and collaborate with engineering and product teams on new technologies


Qualifications:

Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Bachelor's preferred)
2+ years of experience in IT support, network administration, or a related field
Strong understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting, including desktops and mobile devices
Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions, particularly in Apple environments
Understanding of data analysis and reviewing/interpreting automated system logs
