A company is looking for a Global Community Lead to build and
manage a community of developers and end users.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a community strategy tailored for Developers
and End Users
Lead a team of Community Managers to implement engagement
initiatives globally
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance community growth
and feedback integration
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in building and scaling communities in the Web3
industry
Familiarity with the interoperability development and research
community
Experience managing community forums and platforms like Twitter,
Discord, and Telegram
Strong network within the Web3 developer and end user domains
Understanding of Open Source products and commitment to fostering
an OSS ethos
