Job Description:
A company is looking for an Underwriter for a 6+ month contract
with benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Underwrite multiple mortgage loan products in compliance with
company guidelines
Review loan files for completeness and generate condition lists for
applicants
Manage loan flow to ensure timely closures with high accuracy
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience
3+ years of residential mortgage lending experience
Knowledge of lending regulations and credit/collateral analysis
practices
Experience with underwriting or processing fix & flip hard money
loans is a plus
Proficiency in pipeline management
