Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Provider Relations Representative
to provide education and training for network providers and
stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and update provider education materials and conduct
training sessions
Build relationships with providers, staff, and relevant
associations
Act as a liaison to ensure training needs are met and resolve
identified issues
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Four years of experience in customer service, claims processing, or
provider relations
Experience in developing training materials and conducting
presentations
Working knowledge of government healthcare programs and HIPAA
policies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic business math skills
