A company is looking for a Sales Consultant-Associate Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit, train, and develop General Agent/Distribution Manager Partners
Assist partners in achieving premium growth objectives and servicing insurance in force
Maintain positive relationships with Home Office teams and provide market feedback

Required Qualifications

4-year Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
5 or more years of relevant experience (Preferred)
Life & Health License required
CLU and ChFC certifications (Preferred)
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
