Job Description:
Job responsibilities
The sales coordinator is an integral part of the communications and
sales process, responsible for organizing sales activities and
reporting on customer interactions. This role is imperative to the
overall success of sales and marketing efforts. You will be well
supported, receive regular feedback and have ample room to grow
your skills.
? Responsible for the organization and communication of business
development and field sales activities
? Support the sales team by communicating with customers and
scheduling appointments
? Schedule and report on opportunities and sales? feedback using
Microsoft Dynamics CRM
? Analyze sales activity data and manage multiple sales reporting
processes
? Maintain customer database using information from sales team and
systems
? Execute and report on the company Customer Satisfaction
Survey
? Articulate company and product value propositions
? Utilize CRM and IT systems for documentation and facilitation of
tasks
? Deliver on goals and quotas
Required qualifications
? Bachelor?s degree from a qualified university or equivalent
experience
? 2+ Years of administrative experience
? Highly organized and a team player
? Outgoing and proactive
? Enjoys working with details and also strategically minded
? Excellent verbal and written communications skills
? Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
? Experience in coordinating sales activities in a business to
business environment
? Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM or sales
database tool
? Experience with email or marketing automation tools
