Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Customer Success to
lead and inspire a high-performing Customer Success team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Customer Success Managers to
achieve customer satisfaction and retention targets
Guide new customers through the onboarding process and tailor plans
to meet individual needs
Analyze customer data to monitor account health and develop action
plans for at-risk accounts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field;
master's degree preferred
5+ years of experience in managing customer success teams or
account management
Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving customer
satisfaction
Strong analytical skills and experience with customer success
metrics and tools
Experience in a SaaS or technology environment is preferred
