Job Description:
A company is looking for a Claims Team Lead to manage a team of
claims examiners and ensure high-quality claims operations.
Key Responsibilities
Directly manage a staff of 12-15 associates and monitor
productivity targets
Ensure compliance with client-specified guidelines and operational
standards
Collaborate on special projects, including training and quality
audits
Required Qualifications
5+ years of healthcare claims processing experience
Solid understanding of leading a claims team
Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding
Experience with physician billing and hospital coding
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to a fast-paced
environment
